This specific background enables him to better guide and support his clients and to help them resolve their various business challenges.
Before starting his own practice, Me Malek was a member of a Montreal boutique law firm practicing exclusively in the fields of business law and shareholders’ rights and recourses. In addition, he has participated, and continues to participate, in numerous continuing education activities in his field of expertise.
