Member of the Quebec Bar since 2006, and completing a Master’s degree in Prevention and dispute resolution at Sherbrooke University, Nancy Lapointe has been practicing law with Me Jean Marois since 2006. Her practice focuses mainly on employment and labour law including the management of investigations and organisation of evidence in workplace harassment cases. She is actively participating in all of Jean Marois’s files involving investigation, training, mediation, arbitration and civil dispute’s cases.
