Josée-Anne Desautels, Juridical Technician and Director of the FML law firm

Ms Desautels holds a Certificate in law from the University of Montreal since 2003 as well as a Diplôme d’étude collégiale (DEC) from the program of Legal Technique at the O’Sullivan College (1999). Ms Desautels is a paralegal with lawyers of the nominal partnership Ferland Marois Lanctot. She is now the Executive Director of the company managing the Law office, and is responsible of the management and direction of this company. She actively participates in legal researches, drafting various documents including procedures in fields of civil, corporate and commercial law as well as in hypothecary matters.
